Need a one-time or occasional ride? Ladibuglegacy Carpooling Services offers flexible, on-demand transportation for your child's individual needs.

Request a ride for:

  • After-school activities

  • Emergency pickups​

At Annie Kares, we set clear expectations to protect our staff, support our families, and ensure quality care every single day. Our policies keep communication strong, boundaries healthy, and service consistent.

 

1. Communication

Staff: Respond to scheduling messages within 2 hours. Report delays, emergencies, or changes immediately. Maintain respectful, professional communication at all times.

Clients: Submit schedule changes with 12 hours’ notice. Emergency changes are accommodated when possible. Communicate respectfully with staff and operations.

 

2. Attendance & Timeliness:

Staff: Arrive early and prepared to begin on time. No-call/no-show may result in removal from the schedule. Repeated lateness is not acceptable.

Clients: Be present at the scheduled start time. If no one is available within 15 minutes, the visit may be shortened or canceled.

 

3. Conduct & Professionalism:

Staff: Maintain proper boundaries and do not use client property for personal reasons. Dress appropriately. Respect each family’s privacy, culture, and routines.

Clients:Provide a safe, respectful environment for caregivers. Harassment or unsafe conditions will not be tolerated. Set clear expectations before services begin.

4. Scope of Work

Staff: Complete tasks listed in the care plan only. Do not perform heavy lifting or medical procedures beyond training.

Clients: Requests must align with the approved care plan. Additional tasks require approval and may affect rates.

 

5. Safety & Wellness:

Staff: Do not work while sick. Report safety concerns, behavioral changes, or unsafe home conditions.

Clients: Notify us if anyone in the home is ill or if conditions change.* Ensure the home environment is safe for work.

 

6. Payment & Billing:

Clients: Invoices must be paid by the due date.

Late payments may pause services.

Cancellations under 10 hours may incur a fee (typically $25).

 

7. Confidentiality:

Staff: Keep all client information private. Photos, recordings, or social media posts inside a client’s home are unacceptable.

Clients: Do not share staff personal information beyond service-related communication.

 

8. Service Cancellation or Termination: 

Staff: Failure to meet Annie Kares standards may result in reassignment or termination.

Clients: Services may be discontinued if: the home becomes unsafe, policies are repeatedly violated, or  communication breakdowns persist.

Service Area Charges

Annie Kares In-home Care Services is so appreciative and enjoys supporting families. Please be mindful if you live twenty (20) miles outside our Crofton, MD office radius, there will be an additional hourly fee for services rendered. *This is on a case by case basis.
